Processing & Fulfillment

At our store, every order is carefully reviewed and prepared before shipment. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

During periods of high demand, product launches, seasonal promotions, or holidays, processing may require additional time. We always prioritize accuracy and product quality over shipping speed.

  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–14 business days

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs procedures, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, or local carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be sent automatically via email. Tracking updates may require several days to appear within carrier systems.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and accurate shipping details during checkout.

Split Shipments

To improve delivery efficiency, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately from different fulfillment facilities. In such cases, multiple tracking numbers may be issued.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for verifying all shipping information before completing checkout.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays, return fees, or replacement costs may apply.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are determined by local authorities and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

Delivery Confirmation

An order is considered delivered once the carrier confirms successful delivery to the address provided during checkout.

We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost due to incorrect addresses, unauthorized acceptance by third parties, or theft after delivery confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

If a package appears delayed, we encourage customers to allow additional transit time before requesting assistance.

Our support team will gladly work with shipping partners to investigate any shipment that has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order modifications or cancellations can only be requested before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, changes may no longer be possible.
